5 oz ground beef (95% lean)
2 tsp taco seasoning
2 6″corn tortillas, whole
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded/grated
1. In a pan over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain fat.
2. Add taco seasoning and stir.
3. Place ground beef in corn tortillas topped with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and cheese.
