How to use the chest / back machine

Sit in the chest / back machine with your hips and back pressed against the back. Grasp the handles so that your hands are aligned with the middle of your chest and your elbows are out to the sides. Quickly push the handles out as far as you can, but avoid locking your elbows. Quickly return the handles back to the start position.
