1. Nancy: Someday is not a day of the week! The only bad workout is the one you don’t show up for!
2. Teresa: Consistency is the key to your success.
3. Roxanne: My favorite thing to say to motivate on the circuit is, “don’t waste your 30 minutes!”
4. Tammy: Today is NOT the end of your story! I push and say, “there aren’t any sissies in this house, let’s do it!” I celebrate everything! YOU CAN DO IT! JUST ONE MORE!
5. Phoebe: If you don’t work up a sweat, you aren’t working to your full potential, so let’s push harder!
