Overnight oats are great for a quick post-workout breakfast, with plenty of protein and healthy carbs to support lean muscles and kick-start your day.
- 1/4 cup dry oatmeal
- ¼ cup skim milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 12 almonds
- ¾ cup blueberries
- ½ cup strawberries
Combine oats, lemon juice and vanilla Greek yogurt of your choice. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold with almonds and berries.
