Woodway, TX – February 29, 2016 –  In celebration of International Women’s Day, participating Curves locations are offering women the chance to try the famous Curves 30-minute workout for FREE on March 8, 2016.  Curves is one of the largest chains of fitness clubs for women and features a 30-minute full body workout that combines strength training with cardio activity and stretching.

Curves is ideal for all fitness levels and offers a guided coach-led workout that focuses on strength, balance and flexibility.
