Beef Skewers with Grilled Corn

This traditional summer dish is sure to please adults and kids alike. Fire up the grill and break out those skewers!


– 4 oz beef sirloin
– 1/2 medium bell pepper
– 2 cherry tomatoes
– 2 medium ears sweet corn
– 1/2 medium onion
– 1/2 tsp olive oil


  1. Cut bell pepper and onion into chunks.
  2. Place sirloin chunks, bell pepper chunks, cherry tomatoes and onion chunks on skewers. Brush with oil and grill until the sirloin is cooked to your liking.
  3. Grill corn and serve.
