Beef Skewers with Grilled Corn
This traditional summer dish is sure to please adults and kids alike. Fire up the grill and break out those skewers!
– 4 oz beef sirloin
– 1/2 medium bell pepper
– 2 cherry tomatoes
– 2 medium ears sweet corn
– 1/2 medium onion
– 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Cut bell pepper and onion into chunks.
- Place sirloin chunks, bell pepper chunks, cherry tomatoes and onion chunks on skewers. Brush with oil and grill until the sirloin is cooked to your liking.
- Grill corn and serve.
