Beef Skewers with Grilled Corn & Wild Rice
Enjoy a relaxing grilled-at-home meal, or double or triple the recipe for a cook-out with family or friends.
- 4 oz sirloin chunks
- 4 fresh white mushrooms
- ½ cup bell pepper
- ½ cup onion
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium ears of corn
- ¼ cup wild dry rice
- Preheat grill on medium high heat. Cut bell pepper and onion into chunks. Place sirloin chunks, bell pepper chunks, mushrooms, and onion chunks on skewers. Brush with oil and grill until the sirloin is cooked to the desired degree of doneness.
- Grill corn for about 10-15 minutes until corn is hot and tender.
- Cook wild rice according to package directions.
- Serve beef skewers with grilled corn and wild rice.
