Workout of the Week is here! Message from our president read now
Each week, a new Workout of the Week (WOW) will be available on the Curves Circuit!
This workout will alternate between strength training movements utilising the Curves equipment and four different conditioning movements. There will be one movement from each of the class categories, Balance, Body Basics, Boxing, and Cardio to help increase your core strength, balance agility, and coordination. Repeating the same workout throughout the week will allow you to gain confidence and familiarity with the movements which help you work harder and see greater results.

As we get older, we get a few more wrinkles and aches and pains, and we also become more inflamed. Inflammation is common, and it can be indicative of greater health issues. Good news is, there are things you can do to keep inflammation under control, including engaging in a full body workout like the Curves Circuit and eating anti-inflammatory foods.
To get through a tough workout, it helps to have a partner who pushes you to work harder and offers support at the same time. Although they aren’t much for conversation, resistance bands do much of the same thing. When it comes to maximising your full body workout, resistance bands—elastic bands used for strength training—are one of the best tools you can use.
