It’s the month of love and there’s no better way to love YOURSELF than by getting in a workout at Curves! Check out these two moves from classes* you can expect in February.
Curves Dance and Tone: Merengue
This Latin-inspired move will get your hips shakin’ and body moving to burn calories while having fun.
As always, you can ask your coach for modifications or extra help with new moves. Do a Curves Workout or Curves Dance and Tone class,* along with our other classes, and in just 30 minutes per session, you can get stronger and have fun!
